Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients are required to notify us of any cancellation or changes to their bookings as early as possible. Refunds for cancellations will be considered based on the notice period and the costs already incurred in preparing for the event.

Deposits may be non-refundable once preparations or purchases have commenced. For cancellations made well in advance, eligible refunds may be issued after deducting any applicable expenses. In cases where the vendor cancels the booking, clients will be eligible for a refund of payments made for services not rendered.

All cancellations and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
